Product Description and Usage

MT-602 is a high-molecular composite salt, specifically developed by our company for enterprises failing to meet hypophosphite treatment standards. When used in electroless nickel plating wastewater, this product can achieve the total phosphorus treatment requirements of Electroplating Standard Table 3 in a single application.

Sodium hypophosphite is a widely used chemical raw material, serving as a reducing agent in electroless nickel plating. Current water treatment processes, such as conventional adsorption, chemical oxidation, and biological methods, are unable to meet environmental requirements for total phosphorus removal. MT-602 can fully react with hypophosphite under the action of a catalyst and remove total phosphorus through co-precipitation.

The theoretical dosage of MT-602 is approximately 10 times the hypophosphite content.

Dosing and Usage Requirements

To achieve optimal results, a beaker test should be conducted prior to use to determine the dosage.

Experimental steps: Take a certain amount of hypophosphite wastewater, divide it into several portions, and add different quantities of MT-602 to each. Then, add SYS as a catalyst, stir for 30 minutes, adjust the pH to around 5.0 with sodium hydroxide, add PAM for flocculation and sedimentation, and measure the total phosphorus content in the supernatant to determine the dosage of MT-602.

Packaging Specifications

The solid product is packaged in double-layer kraft paper bags (lined with plastic film), with a conventional packaging of 25KG/bag.
